Draft for release · 1 October 2026. There are no real payments in the current test build. These terms will apply when purchases become available; the store listing always identifies the content being purchased.
1. Seller and purchase
The developer and content provider is EXSports Oy, Finnish Business ID 2719500-4. Company details. Support: info@exsports.fi. Google Play purchases use its checkout, which identifies the payment method, charging entity and applicable store terms.
Before payment, you are shown the content, total price including applicable taxes, compatibility and material restrictions. Confirm only if you agree to those details. An old example price in a test build or on the website does not replace the current checkout price.
2. Tracks and cosmetics
A one-time slope or track purchase unlocks the content specifically named in its description. It does not include all future tracks, competitions or cosmetic products unless expressly promised. A one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
Cosmetics that may be sold later change appearance; the plan is that they will not improve scores or performance. Virtual content is not money and does not carry a right to resale or cash redemption. This does not prevent legally required refunds.
3. Delivery and restoring purchases
Content unlocks after successful payment and entitlement verification. Keep your Google Play receipt. If charged content does not unlock, contact us with the product, purchase date and order number. Do not send payment card numbers or passwords.
After reinstallation or a device change, use the same Google Play account and the game's restore-purchases feature when available. Restoring an entitlement does not necessarily restore locally saved progress. Technical requirements will be stated before purchase.
4. Withdrawal and refunds
EU and EEA consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw from a purchase of electronically supplied digital content. That right can end when delivery starts only after express prior agreement to early delivery, acknowledgement of losing the right, and confirmation on a durable medium. These terms alone do not obtain those acknowledgements.
You may request a refund using Google Play's refund guidance or contact EXSports. Voluntary store refunds do not replace statutory rights. Where withdrawal is available, make an unambiguous statement such as “I withdraw from my purchase of EXS World Tour content”, with your name, order number, product and purchase date. Email info@exsports.fi; you may also use the statutory model withdrawal form, and this exact wording is not required.
5. Faulty content and purchases by minors
If content does not conform to the contract, applicable law may entitle you to a free remedy, price reduction, termination or compensation. Contact support; we request only information needed to investigate. An unauthorised purchase by a minor is not automatically binding: promptly contact Google Play and, where necessary, us.
Deleting an account does not itself cancel a purchase. A valid refund may end the entitlement to the refunded content. Applicable law and dispute resolution are described in the terms of use.
